HYDROGEN:
DRIVING THE MOBILITY OF TOMORROW
HYDROGEN FUEL CELL, ZERO-EMISSION SOLUTION
A hydrogen fuel cell, located in the engine compartment at the front of the vehicle, supplies electricity to the electric motor by combining hydrogen from the tank with oxygen from the air. Only water vapour is released from the exhaust pipe.
OPTIMISED PERFORMANCE
GET A STEP AHEAD WITH HYDROGEN
THE SAME VOLUME WITH NO C02 EMISSIONS
With its small size, the fuel cell along with its three hydrogen storage tanks still makes it possible to offer the same space as a petrol or diesel version. But without the C02 emissions.
ELECTRIFYING CHARACTERISTICS
Driving an electric PEUGEOT means zero vibration, zero noise, zero gear-shifts, zero smell, zero CO2 emissions and unrestricted access to low-emissions zones.
Tank strength, safety devices... All the on-board technologies have been designed for worry-free use on a daily basis.
Pedestrian safety is also taken into account. Up to 30 km/h, a noise simulating an engine at idle is heard and thus indicates the presence of the vehicle.
