Peugeot's designers and engineers have created a bold, intuitive and modern Saloon car, with a sporty design. Discover the new Peugeot 308, pure, technological and efficient for unique driving sensations.
On board the new Peugeot 308, the driver takes a seat at the very heart of an innovative and comfortable cockpit, the PEUGEOT i-Cockpit. Meeting a demanding set of specifications, the driving position includes a smaller steering wheel, a heads up display with a clean design, and an eye-level instrument panel. It also has a large 9.7" touchscreen tablet. Facing the driver, this high-tech tool provides intuitive access to the new Peugeot 308's many features and applications.
The new Peugeot 308 boasts a clean style, unique to the automobile sector. With its taut, precise and sporty body-hugging lines, the new Peugeot 308 conveys grace and efficiency. This technological elegance is also clear within the cockpit, with a well laid out and airy front space and particularly neatly-designed finishing touches.
From the design stage onwards, the new Peugeot 308 has striven to combine high levels of environmental and road handling performance. This meticulous reduction of vehicle weight has achieved a saving of 140kg compared to the vehicle which it replaces. Together, its new aerodynamic silhouette, the use of innovative lightweight materials and electric power steering help to limit CO2 emissions with versions starting at less than 85g/km of CO2.
At each stage of its design, the new 308 has benefited from close care and attention to achieve a flawless level of quality. The top-end character of the 308 is part of its DNA, in each material used and each detail of the trim, and obvious from the very first glance.
